There are two main ways to enjoy The Mountain Goat rock climbing gym - Day passes and memberships. Day passes allow you to pay a price individually for a single day or a number of days of climbing, while memberships allow unlimited climbing for a fixed monthly price. There are various types of day passes and memberships available.
Day passes allow you to climb as much as you want in one day during open gym hours. The sky’s the limit (for the day, at least).

Memberships allow you to climb every day (or less) that we’re open for one flat price. Members are also given other benefits like gear discounts and events. Memberships also include free gear rentals and a monthly pass to use for a guest.

Birthday parties are 2 hours long and include everything for up to 15 kids. We provide
The rate for a birthday party is $200 for up to 15 kids. A $50, non-returnable deposit is required in person or over the phone to reserve the time and date and the remaining $150 is due when you arrive.
Because of unpredictable schedules, we cannot guarantee a dedicated staff member or belayer if you bring a birthday party without a previous reservation.
We love having groups in the gym and we're good at it – that's what we do. Corporate groups, staff retreats, youth groups, student organizations, you name it, we've done it.
We welcome groups by reservation during our open hours or privately during our closed hours.
Groups consist of at least 10 people and we provide belaying and instruction as well as rental gear for only $15 per person.
Here's the best part – groups are one of the main ways we fund our climbing scholarships. By bringing your group in to climb with us, you're providing the same experience for another group of kids that may never have the chance to climb. Some of the groups we provide free climbing for include: The Frazee Center, Upstate Circle of Friends, The Boys & Girls Club, The Boys Home of the South, White Horse Academy, Generations Group Home, Neighborhood Focus, KB Mission, and countless others.
